This notice explains how Power Fitness handles personal data on powerfitness.app. It is written for our public website; each Power Fitness app will provide its own app-specific privacy information before it begins collecting data.
1. Who is responsible
Power Fitness is operated by Bilo Consulting d.o.o., Iločka 36, 43000 Bjelovar, Croatia, OIB 51365343882. Bilo Consulting d.o.o. is the controller for personal data covered by this notice. You can contact us at hello@powerfitness.app.
2. What this website collects
The current public website does not offer accounts, checkout, newsletter forms, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We only receive personal data if you choose to contact us by email.

3. Cookies and similar technology
This version of the website does not set non-essential cookies or use analytics or advertising technologies. If we add them, we will update this notice and request consent where required before placing non-essential cookies.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. This website is hosted in our self-managed production environment, using Caddy and Docker on a DigitalOcean server in Frankfurt, Germany. We use Microsoft 365 to receive and respond to email enquiries. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and under appropriate contractual safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users or services.
DigitalOcean hosts the server in Germany. Microsoft 365 may process limited email data outside the EEA depending on the service configuration and support operations; where applicable, such transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise a right, email hello@powerfitness.app. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP): azop.hr.
6. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is not directed to children. Do not send us personal information about a child unless you are their parent or legal guardian and have a reason to contact us.
7. Fitness disclaimer
Power Fitness products are intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have an injury, medical condition or health concern.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the website and our products evolve. We will post the revised version here and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way where required by law.
